This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel purchases such as subscriptions or pre-orders made through our store. For returns and refunds, please see our Returns Policy.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency selected at checkout.

By signing up for a subscription:

  • Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment provider.
  • You will be charged automatically for each recurring delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the term.

 Cancelling or Changing a Subscription

You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is currently out of stock or not yet released.

Depending on the product, at checkout we may:

  • Take no payment
  • Take a partial deposit, or
  • Store your payment method and charge the balance automatically when the product is ready to ship

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled.

If a pre-order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund of any amount paid.

If the pre-order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still request a return or refund according to our Returns Policy (e.g., unopened goods, faulty items, wrong item received).


Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy affects your rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
