Thank you for shopping with Flotein. We aim to deliver your order quickly, safely and with full transparency. Please review the information below regarding how we ship, delivery times, and what to expect once you place an order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (mainland + Northern Ireland)

International shipping will be added in the future.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.
  • Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm or during weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

You will receive

  • A confirmation email and, 
  • A dispatch email containing your tracking information (if applicable).

Delivery Options & Timeframes

Standard Delivery – £3.99

  • Delivery within 2–5 working days
  • Free on orders over £50

Express Delivery – £5.99

  • Delivery within 1–2 working days

Please note: Delivery estimates are guidelines only and may vary during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday).

Order Tracking

If your delivery method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take several hours to update after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates
  2. Confirm your delivery address is correct
  3. Check with neighbours or a local collection point, as couriers may deliver nearby

If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us at support@flotein.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist.

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If the delivery address provided at checkout is incorrect and the parcel is returned to us:

  • We can re-send the parcel to the correct address
  • A re-shipping fee may apply

Flotein is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If a parcel is returned due to non-collection or refusal of delivery, a re-delivery fee may also apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care when packing orders. If your items arrives damaged, or if something is missing from your order, please contact us at support@flotein.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and damaged items (if applicable)

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless:

  • Your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or
  • We are required to refund them under applicable law.

Risk of Loss

Once your order has been handed to the courier, title and risk of loss pass to you. This aligns with our Terms of Service.

Shipping During Promotions

During busy promotional periods, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.
