Recipe: Chocolate Protein Mug Cake
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 2 tbsp Flotein (30g)
- 3 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 3–4 tbsp almond milk
- ¼ tsp baking powder
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a microwave-safe mug.
- Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Microwave for 60–90 seconds until cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before eating.
